Sultanahmet Palace Hotel Istanbul

The location of this hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was within walking distance to all the major historic sites and attractions, making it convenient for me to explore during my free time. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the limited selection of background music in the restaurant. It would have been nice to have a more varied playlist to enhance the dining experience.

Clean rooms with lovely garden views, and beautiful marble bathrooms. Outdoor seating areas for enjoying breakfast and evening drinks with great views. A fantastic location within walking distance to major tourist sites and the sea. Friendly and accommodating staff who provide excellent service. An historic building with charming features, making for a delightful stay.

The room was well-organised, reasonably priced and had facilities one might need. Had fine breakfast with a lovely view, delicious Turkish coffees plus beautiful views. Super central location, really close to all the attractions and restaurants. Fairly clean hotel and excellent service. The stay at this contemporary property was a very enjoyable short one.

The hotel was fairly cleanwith nice interior and nestled in a nice building. The staff was obliging and courteous, everything was perfect.

We were amazed by the beautiful view from our window overlooking the Blue Mosque, and the amazing location of the hotel. The traditional bathroom was very interesting. The staff was polite and friendly. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Sultanahmet Palace.

I had an excellent stay in this hotel for my first visit to Turkey. The location was perfect as it was close to the Grand Bazaar and other main attractions in the old city of Istanbul. The hotel had the most beautiful garden and was very clean. The staff was also friendly and ready to assist in transportation. The breakfast spread was fantastic with numerous choices.

Located in the historic district, this hotel is in a great location for touring all the major attractions. A short distance from the coast, guests have the option of great views. The rooms are comfortable with excellent air conditioning and kettle. The breakfast is exceptional with Turkish style cuisine and fresh cherries. The staff is attentive and courteous, greeting guests at the gate and carrying bags.

One minor issue with payment was encountered, with the credit card reader out of service.

Beautifully converted palace, excellent staff, great location near historical sites, fine views, comfortable room with balcony, helpful advice from staff for day trips and restaurants.
